Parameters...

Name
Name parameter indicating the name of the case document to be affected by the command. Default: the topmost case document.

oFile
File parameter indicating the name and location of the file to save to. Wintrack case files (.WTR), ASBA Wild & Leitz™ files (.RAW), HVS Image™ files (.HVS) and text format files (.TXT). are accepted. There is no default for this parameter.

Sint
Number parameter indicating a sampling interval for export to ASBA Wild & Leitz™ format.

Fmat
Radio button parameter indicating the format of the target file. Default is the format used when the document was last saved, else one of the following:

  • Norm = Wintrack case file (.WTB),
  • Text = text format (.TXT),
  • ASBA = ASBA Wild & Leitz™ format (.RAW).

Rang
Range parameter indicating the range of trials to be filtered. By default all trials in the case are filtered.

Optn
Check box parameter indicating execution options. None deselects all options (and is the default) else specify any combination of:

  • Apnd = append data to an existing file rather than overwriting it,
  • Twnd = instead of saving entire trials save only the data in the respective visible time window.
  • Scal=store coordinate values in real world metric units. Recommended if experiments are not conducted in an enclosed arena, as it is the case with homing pigeon releases. When reopening a file that was saved with this option active, position and appearance of the path may change depending on the current arena definition.

Note that...

The Sint parameter is ignored unless Fmat=ASBA.
