Open/Run Macro dialog

How to fill in the dialog box fields...

Fill in the dialog box fields as indicated below. You may also accept presented default values and options . Disregard grayed fields and options. When done, press Ok to continue. Or press Cancel to abort.

Options
Use this check box field to select any combination of options:

  • Run dialogs = run the dialogs that are specified in the [dialogs] section of the macro.
  • Run macro = execute the commands in the [main] section of the macro.
  • Check macro syntax = check the syntax of the macro and check whether all necessary files are available. This option is grayed if Run macro has been selected: in that case checking will be done anyway.
  • Set macro directory = make the directory where the current macro file is found the current macro directory.

macro
Use this file field to specify the name and location of the macro you want to run. Wintrack macro files usually have the extension .MAK. If you merely type a file name, Wintrack will look for that file in the current macro directory.

parameters
If you have deselected the Run dialogs option, you can use this name field to specify a list of command line parameters for the macro.
