Overview of my teaching activities

Teaching for bachelor students at the University and ETH Zürich

My teaching activities at the basic level cover the whole microscopic and macroscopic human anatomy with special emphasis on neuroanatomy and the musculoskeletal system. I am involved in lectures, courses and e-learning projects in the context of the following teaching programs:

- medicine and dentistry (Medical Faculty, University of Zürich)
- medical biology (Faculty of Science, University of Zürich)
- human movement sciences (Department of Biology, ETHZ)
- pharmaceutical sciences (Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences, ETHZ)
- biology (Department of Biology, ETHZ)
- environmental sciences (Department of Environmental Sciences, ETHZ)

Teaching at graduate and postgraduate levles

My teaching activities at the advanced level reflect my scientific interests and concentrate on the topics neuroanatomy, genetics of behavior, and experimental psychology. I contribute or have contributed to the following teaching programs:

- PhD program in Neuroscience at the Center for Neuroscience of the University and ETH Zürich
- post/graduate courses in the context of the EMBO/FENS course program
- post/graduate courses at the Cold Spring Harbour Laboratory
- postgraduate teaching for physiotherapists
