Dialog printer field

Printer fields are used to specify device name, spooler name and
port name for a Windows printer. This is how you handle them:

	Type device name, spooler name and port name into the edit box. Separate the three names by commas and frame the whole block with double quotation marks. You can also select and edit part or all of the text displayed in the box. The text displayed in this box will be added to the top of the history list when you press Ok to execute the command.
	Use the down arrow button to open the field's drop down history list and reuse one of your most recently specified printers.
	Click the question button to invoke a Windows standard print dialog that allows you to select from and configure available Windows printers. When you press Ok to close the dialog, device name, spooler name and port name of the printer you selected will be copied to the edit box.
